Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy.
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@outzac.com.
Please include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review your case and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other support.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not be able to accept returns in the following situations:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items sent back without prior approval
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
OUTZAC does not cover return shipping fees, logistics costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, or any other costs related to returning an item.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. OUTZAC is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@outzac.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow our return process.
