Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders over US$39.
For orders under US$39, shipping fees may be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your country, region, and local carrier.
Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after shipment. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@outzac.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
OUTZAC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Support@outzac.com with your order number and tracking information. We will help you check the shipment status with the carrier.
